Adamson beats De La Salle-Zobel in UAAP boys' volleyball

Adamson University secured its fourth win in seven matches by defeating De La Salle-Zobel, 25-16, 25-17, 25-17, on Sunday in the UAAP Season 87 boys' volleyball tournament.

Jims Ducusin led Adamson with 16 points from 13 attacks and two blocks, while Brice Malinao and Neil Tobias contributed nine and seven points respectively.

Coach Marvin Ramoso emphasized the need for continued improvement as his team enters the second round, now complete after returning players from injury.

University of Santo Tomas leads the standings at 7-0, followed by National University-Nazareth School with a 6-1 record and University of the East at 5-2.

Ateneo de Manila University ended its six-game losing streak by defeating the University of the Philippine Integrated School, 25-18, 25-20, 26-28, 25-17.
