Philippines' ICU beds 74% occupied, high risk

As of Monday, August 30, the Philippines' ICU beds for COVID-19 are 74% occupied, placing them in the high-risk category.

The DOH reported that 66%-72% of ICU beds in Metro Manila and nationwide ward beds at 70%-73% occupancy are also under high risk.

Additionally, 53%-55% of mechanical ventilators across the country and 59% in Metro Manila are being used.

The Philippines has recorded over 1.9 million COVID-19 cases with 33,330 deaths.
