64% of PNP fully vaccinated against Covid-19

As of September 22, about 64% or 142,398 Philippine National Police (PNP) personnel are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

Only around 4.16 percent or 9,264 personnel have yet to receive their shots, while approximately 31.9 percent or 71,029 have received their first dose.

The PNP deputy chief for administration emphasized the importance of full vaccination among police officers amid the Delta variant surge.

Additionally, the PNP has offered its camps and facilities as potential vaccination sites for the 12 to 17-year-old dependents of uniformed and civilian personnel.
