DOH probes 608 for coronavirus, no local transmission

As of February 23, 2020, the Department of Health (DOH) has probed 608 patients for possible cases of novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), with no recorded local transmission.

Out of these, 131 are admitted to hospitals, 474 have been discharged, and there are still 3 confirmed cases in the Philippines.

Of the confirmed cases, one patient died from severe pneumonia caused by COVID-19 while two others have recovered.

The breakdown shows that Metro Manila has the highest number of patients under investigation with 204 cases.
