DA: Shear line damage to agriculture reaches P147 million

Provinces hard-hit include Capiz, Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, and Samar in the Visayas, as well as Albay, Masbate, and Sorsogon in the Bicol Region.

Nationwide, two people were reported dead due to the flooding, one was injured, and at least 224,997 families or 879,425 individuals were affected across Calabarzon, Mimaropa, and Regions 5, 6, and 8.
