Metro Manila, 12 other areas to have cloudy skies with rain

Metro Manila and 12 other areas across Luzon are expected to experience cloudy skies and rain on Tuesday, December 3, due to the combined effects of the northeast monsoon and the shear line.

The shear line will bring overcast skies with scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms to regions including the Cordillera Administrative Region, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Aurora, the Kalayaan Islands, and the rest of Cagayan Valley.

The northeast monsoon will cause cloudy skies with rains over Batanes.

The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.

Flash floods or landslides may occur in some parts of the Philippines due to these weather systems.

Moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough waters may be felt over Northern Luzon.

Pagasa has not issued any gale warnings for the country's seaboards.
