PSA launches online access for birth, marriage, death certificates

Filipinos can now easily access official birth, marriage, and death records online through the Philippine Statistics Authority's (PSA) Serbilis Website.

The PSA now offers viewable online copies of certificates such as birth, marriage, death, CENOMAR, and CENODEATH, valid for 60 days with an access code.

The application fees for these viewable online copies are P130 for birth, marriage, and death certificates, and P185 for CENOMAR and CENODEATH.

Payments for the certificates can be made at any PSA Civil Registry System (CRS) outlet without requiring an appointment.

Unlike the traditional printed copies, the online documents are not printed on Security Paper but are accessible via a web address and access code provided on a Web Access Information Slip.

For those who still prefer printed copies, the PSA also offers a DocPrint service for P80 per copy, which requires the access code from the viewable online copy.
