Teodoro: No new Israeli defense contracts but PH Army ‘stuck’ with Israeli supplier
The Department of National Defense (DND) is seeking a P295.2 billion budget for 2026, an 8.6 percent increase from the current year's P271.9 billion.
Approximately 95 percent, or P282.9 billion, of the proposed DND budget will be allocated to the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP).

Co highlighted humanitarian concerns, stating that the munitions procured from Elbit Systems are reportedly used in the ongoing Israel-Gaza conflict.
