NCR cops to strictly implement 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. ECQ curfew
Metro Manila mayors have agreed to reimpose an 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. curfew in the National Capital Region from August 6 to August 20, coinciding with the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ).
