House subpoenas Discaya, 4 absent top contractors to flood control probe

These construction firms were identified by President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. as having secured over P500 billion worth of government flood control projects.
The House Committee on Infrastructure also requested the Department of Justice to issue an Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order for Sally Santos and former PCAB executive director Herbert Matienzo.
