Shear line, easterlies, amihan to bring rains across PH

The shear line, easterlies, and northeast monsoon will continue to bring rains over parts of the Philippines, according to PAGASA.

Visayas, Dinagat Islands, and Surigao del Norte will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to the shear line.

Easterlies will cause cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Davao Region, SOCCSKSARGEN, BARMM, Zamboanga Peninsula, and Palawan.

The northeast monsoon will bring cloudy skies with rains over Bicol Region, Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Aurora, Quezon, and the rest of MIMAROPA.

Flash floods or landslides may occur in these areas due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon can expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

Moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough seas will prevail over Luzon and the Visayas, while Mindanao will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas.
