Shear line, amihan to bring rains across PH

Three weather systems, namely the shear line, northeast monsoon, and easterlies, are expected to bring rains across various parts of the Philippines.

Areas such as Isabela, Aurora, Rizal, Laguna, Quezon, and Camarines Norte will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to the shear line, with warnings of potential flash floods and landslides.

The northeast monsoon will bring light rains to Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, and the rest of Cagayan Valley, as well as partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains to Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Central Luzon, and Calabarzon.

The rest of the country can expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies.

Northern Luzon and the eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon will experience moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough seas, while the rest of the archipelago will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas.
