3 weather systems bring rain across PH

Three weather systems, namely the shear line, northeast monsoon, and easterlies, are causing rainy and cloudy conditions across various parts of the Philippines.

The shear line is expected to bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms over Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, and Aurora.

The northeast monsoon will bring rains to the Cordillera Administrative Region and the rest of Cagayan Valley, with isolated light rains anticipated in the Ilocos Region.

Easterlies may cause cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Visayas, Caraga, Northern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula, Romblon, Palawan, Albay, Sorsogon, and Catanduanes.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

Strong to gale-force winds with rough to very rough seas are expected over Northern Luzon.

Moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough seas will be felt in the eastern section of Visayas and the rest of Luzon.

Temperatures nationwide will range from 24.0 to 30.2 degrees Celsius in the next 24 hours.
