PAGASA forecasts rains across PH due to 3 weather systems

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) forecasts cloudy skies and rains across the Philippines on Wednesday due to the influence of three weather systems.

The shear line will bring scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms across Eastern Visayas, Northern Mindanao, and Caraga.

The easterlies will cause cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in the rest of Visayas and Mindanao.

Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, and Quezon will experience rains from the Northeast Monsoon.

The Northeast Monsoon will also bring isolated light rains to the rest of Luzon.

PAGASA warned that moderate to heavy rains in the affected areas could lead to flash floods and landslides.

Strong winds and rough seas are expected in Northern Luzon and the eastern sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas.
