Zamboanga opens multiple vax sites for adults, minors

Zamboanga City opened walk-in vaccination sites on Thursday, November 11, for adults and minors as part of its efforts to increase vaccine coverage.

The city health office set up temporary vaccination sites at Jollibee-Sta. Cruz outlet in Barangay Tetuan and McDonald outlet in Barangay Guiwan, open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on November 11, 15-18, and 22-25.

Adults need to present valid IDs while minors aged 12-17 must be accompanied by parents or guardians with proof of filiation and legal authority if applicable.

Since Tuesday, the city has been accepting walk-in clients at all its vaccination centers to boost daily inoculations.

Five additional pediatric vaccination sites were activated on Monday for children with comorbidities and the rest of the pediatric population.
