Carlos Yulo wins 2 golds at Paris Olympics, aims for LA 2028

Carlos Yulo remains in awe days after winning two gold medals at the 2024 Paris Olympics and inspiring young gymnasts.

In a recent interview on '24 Oras,' Yulo expressed disbelief at his achievement but also reaffirmed his intention to compete in the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics, marking it as his third consecutive Olympic appearance following Tokyo and Paris.

He thanked various organizations for their support, including Gymnastics Association of the Philippines president Cynthia Carrion, the Philippine Sports Commission, and the MVP Sports Foundation.

Yulo highlighted the importance of a training camp in France, which helped him adjust to the timezone and reduce stress during the Olympics.

With his two gold medals, Yulo became the first Filipino athlete to win multiple medals in a single edition of the Summer Games, inspiring friends, teammates, and young gymnasts alike.
