DOH: Vax sites ready for power outages, heavy rains

Vaccination sites across the country are prepared with contingency measures in place to handle potential power outages and heavy rains.

Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire stated that large vaccination centers have backup generators, which will also support smaller sites during brownouts.

Vergeire emphasized that regional health authorities were instructed to inspect vaccination sites and storage facilities for readiness against disasters like rotational brownouts and the rainy season.
