Typhoon Aghon causes P365M infra damage, kills 6

Typhoon Aghon caused over P365 million in infrastructure damage as of Friday, May 31, according to the National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (NDRRMC).

The typhoon damaged 47 infrastructures in the Calabarzon region, including roads and bridges, while 22 houses were destroyed in Eastern Visayas.

Agricultural losses due to Aghon amounted to P21.65 million, affecting a total of 51,858 people.

The typhoon resulted in eight injuries and six deaths as reported by the NDRRMC.
