TNT clinches 6th straight win in PBA Governors' Cup

The Tropang Giga secured their fourth consecutive win and improved to a 6-1 record in Group A of the PBA Governors' Cup with a 108-99 victory over Meralco on Thursday.

Meralco's four-game winning streak came to an end, dropping them to a 5-2 record, still maintaining a strong position for the group stage.

Kelly Williams and Rondae Hollis-Jefferson made crucial defensive plays late in the game to help seal the win for TNT, with Castro also contributing key plays in the final minutes.

Calvin Oftana was named Player of the Game after scoring 25 points on just 12 shots along with seven rebounds and three assists.

Despite Meralco's efforts, including a strong finish that cut the deficit to three points, TNT maintained their lead and secured the victory with key defensive stops in the final minutes.
