SWS: Filipinos continue mask use, social distancing post-lockdown

A Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey found that most Filipinos continue to wear masks and practice social distancing even after lockdown restrictions were lifted.

The survey conducted from July 3 to 6 showed that 76% of adult Filipinos always wore masks when leaving their homes, while 65% washed their hands frequently and 59% maintained a one-meter distance from others.

These figures are similar to the May survey results when stricter lockdowns were in place, with mask-wearing at 77%, handwashing at 68%, and physical distancing at 64%.
