Police arrest 10 drug suspects, seize P3.6M worth shabu

Policemen arrested three suspected drug peddlers classified as 'high-value individuals' who allegedly yielded shabu worth at least P3,343,000 in Tarlac City and seven more suspects were apprehended in separate operations in Cavite on Saturday (April 6).

The operation in Tarlac resulted in the arrest of two female suspects selling P40,000 worth of shabu to an undercover officer and yielded four plastic packs containing 450 grams of shabu valued at P3,060,000.

Another suspect was arrested later that day in a separate sting operation yielding 55 grams of shabu with a street value of P374,000.

In Cavite, police nabbed seven suspects who sold P500 worth of shabu to an undercover officer and yielded three plastic sachets containing 50 grams of shabu valued at about P340,000 in Bacoor city.

Additionally, four more suspects were arrested in Dasmariñas yielding five sachets containing shabu worth P125,800.

All ten suspects are facing charges under the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 and face further investigation by local authorities.
