SMC building 10 quarantine centers near military hospitals

San Miguel Corp. (SMC) is constructing 10 emergency quarantine facilities near military hospitals across the country to house uniformed personnel who have tested positive for COVID-19 but show mild or no symptoms.

Each facility will have 15 beds and be located beside military health centers in various regions, including Tarlac, Lucena City, Davao City, Cebu City, Zamboanga City, Quezon City, Pasay City, Cavite City, and Palawan.

SMC President Ramon Ang thanked the Armed Forces of the Philippines for this collaboration, stating it helps hospitals manage severe cases more efficiently.
