Robredo urges work-from-home scheme to curb COVID-19

Vice President Leni Robredo urged both public and private sectors to implement a work-from-home scheme for employees, following the World Health Organization's declaration of COVID-19 as a pandemic.

Robredo emphasized that it is time to prioritize protecting vulnerable sectors and limiting physical office attendance to essential services only.

She suggested exploring alternative working arrangements beyond the four-day workweek to help contain the virus.
