Robredo suggests ways to improve gov't COVID-19 response

Vice President Leni Robredo suggested ways to improve the government's response to the coronavirus pandemic in an 8-page letter sent to Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque on June 30.

Robredo consulted with health experts, data analysts, educators, economists, advocates, and budget experts before drafting her recommendations.

She emphasized the need for accurate data, transparency, and coherent policies across departments.

On Sunday, July 19, Robredo discussed these suggestions during her weekly radio show and provided a summary of the letter to see which recommendations have been implemented.
