Robredo addresses politicking rumors during Peñafrancia feast

The former vice president noted that her family has been hosting politicians since 1988 when her husband became mayor of Naga City, welcoming visitors from all parties.

Robredo clarified in an interview with reporters that their conversation was 'personal and not political,' while the Office of the Vice President stated that Duterte's visit was arranged by a friend to experience the Peñafrancia Festival.

The Feast of Our Lady of Peñafrancia is one of the largest religious events in Bicol, attracting visitors from across the region.
