Robredo: Want to help, not see gov't fail

Vice President Leni Robredo emphasized on Monday that she wants to help the government in its fight against the coronavirus pandemic and does not wish for it to fail.

Robredo criticized the government's inadequate response but stressed her intentions are purely supportive, stating that a failed government would harm Filipinos.

She urged the Duterte administration to strategically distribute P1.5 billion funding under Bayanihan 2 to LGUs with higher transmission rates to boost their testing, tracing, and quarantine capacities.
