Police arrest 10 drug suspects, seize P1.28M worth of shabu in Quezon, Rizal

On Monday, June 3, and Tuesday and Wednesday (June 4 and 5), police anti-narcotics operatives in Quezon and Rizal provinces arrested ten suspected drug traffickers and seized more than P1.28 million worth of shabu.

In Sariaya town, 'Kimberly' and 'Bembol' were apprehended for selling P1,000 worth of shabu to an undercover officer; police confiscated five sachets weighing 21 grams with a street value of over P428,400.

The suspects also had a car believed to be used in their illegal drug trade, and both were identified as street-level drug pushers.

In Mauban town, 'Freddie' was arrested during a buy-bust operation and found with 22 sachets of shabu worth P83,640 on the streets.

In Rodriguez town, Rizal province, police arrested 'Edward', 'Cristal', and 'Kiko' after they sold a pack of shabu to an undercover officer; seven plastic sachets weighing 64 grams were seized with a street value of P435,200, along with an undocumented caliber .45 pistol loaded with three bullets.

In Binangonan town and Angono municipality, 'Jay' and 'Hana' were arrested for possessing shabu worth P171,428 and P34,000 respectively.

In Tanay town, 'Jenny' and 'Tonton' were caught selling shabu to a poseur buyer; five sachets weighing 6.5 grams with a street value of P136,000 were seized.
