Alden Richards, Kakai Bautista perform duet at Kathryn Bernardo's 28th birthday in El Nido

Alden Richards and Kakai Bautista performed a duet of 'Bakit Ngayon Ka Lang' at Kathryn Bernardo's 28th birthday celebration in El Nido, Palawan on Friday, March 29.

Richards sang the song with Bautista during a beach party following Bernardo's yacht party earlier that day and surprised her by saying, 'Happy Birthday, Kath. Hindi ko ginagawa 'to,' while looking shy.

Celebrities such as Joshua Garcia, Jericho Rosales, Dominic Roque, Maymay Entrata, Lovely Abella, Miles Ocampo, Robi Domingo, Rambo Nuñez, Carlo Katigbak also joined the star-studded celebration.

Kathryn received a heartfelt message from her mom, Min, and a birthday greeting from ex-boyfriend Daniel Padilla, who announced their split in November last year.

Apart from celebrating her 28th birthday, Kathryn was honored as the first Filipino ambassador of French luxury perfumes and cosmetic house Lancôme.
