Kathryn Bernardo celebrates 28th birthday in El Nido with friends

Kathryn Bernardo celebrated her 28th birthday with a luxurious trip to El Nido, Palawan, accompanied by friends and co-stars including Jericho Rosales, Alden Richards, Maymay Entrata, Kakai Bautista, and Lovely Abella.

The actress enjoyed the day on a yacht at Isla Amara, a beach resort she co-owns with Piolo Pascual, drinking and socializing with her loved ones.

As night fell, Bernardo continued her celebration at the shore in a white dress designed by Mark Bumgarner, blowing out candles and enjoying a fireworks display documented in her Instagram video.

Rambo Nuñez attended the party but his wife Maja Salvador did not. The event also included Filipino-French athlete Emilienne Vigier, who is reportedly Joshua Garcia's girlfriend.

Bernardo expressed gratitude for her happiest birthday to date, thanking her friends and family on social media for making it memorable.

Kathryn received birthday wishes from various colleagues in the industry, including a special message from her ex-boyfriend Daniel Padilla, who shared a pixelated photo of her with a Japanese 'Happy birthday' note.

Kathryn also welcomed this new chapter in her life as the first Filipina ambassador for French luxury perfume and beauty house, Lancôme.
