Reyes asks for fan support as Gilas names Final 12 on Aug 25

Gilas Pilipinas coach Chot Reyes has asked for continued support from fans as the team prepares for the Fiba World Cup, set to start in two weeks.

Reyes acknowledged that the road to the tournament has been challenging but emphasized the importance of unity among Filipinos.

The Final 12 roster is expected to be announced on the eve of the tournament opener on August 25, with Gilas Pilipinas currently practicing with a '15-strong' lineup including Jordan Clarkson.

Gilas Pilipinas will play tune-up games against Montenegro and Mexico before the World Cup begins.
