Gordon leads PRC relief in Cagayan, Isabela

Senator Richard Gordon will lead Philippine Red Cross relief efforts in Typhoon Ulysses-hit Cagayan and Isabela.

Gordon emphasized the need for rapid response due to consecutive disasters.

The PRC has deployed a humanitarian caravan, rescue vehicles, boats, and volunteers from various chapters to assist residents in hazardous situations.

On November 14, Gordon ordered an augmentation support with staff and volunteers for rescue and relief operations.

Volunteers from Subic, Nueva Vizcaya, Cavite's WASAR team, and the Red Cross Cagayan chapter are providing hot meals and assistance at evacuation centers.
