Quiambao leads La Salle to UAAP title

Kevin Quiambao led De La Salle University (La Salle) to a 73-69 victory over the University of the Philippines (UP) on December 6, securing La Salle's first UAAP men's basketball title since 2016.

Quiambao was named MVP for scoring 24 points, grabbing nine rebounds, and tallying four assists in the decisive Game 3 after a 30-point loss in Game 1.

UP missed out on their second championship in three seasons despite strong performances from Malick Diouf and CJ Cansino.
