Partly cloudy skies, isolated rains continue in PH

Partly cloudy skies and isolated rains continued over most parts of the Philippines on Wednesday.

PAGASA reported that a tail-end cold front affecting eastern Southern Luzon will bring isolated rain showers and thunderstorms to Quezon and Camarines provinces, while northeasterly surface wind flow in northern and central Luzon will cause isolated light rains over Cagayan Valley, Ilocos, and Cordillera regions.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country experienced partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds were expected over eastern Luzon, making coastal waters rough.
