Warm, humid weather prevails over Luzon

On Tuesday, April 21, most parts of Luzon experienced warm and humid weather with partly cloudy to cloudy skies and isolated rain showers in the afternoon or evening.

Metro Manila will have similar conditions as other areas in Luzon.

Eastern Visayas, Surigao del Norte, and Dinagat Islands can expect cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.

The rest of the country will experience fair weather with isolated rain showers in the afternoon or at night.

Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas are expected throughout the Philippines.
