Cloudy skies, isolated rains for Metro Manila on Black Saturday

Metro Manila and other parts of the Philippines are expected to experience partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers on Black Saturday due to easterly winds.

PAGASA warns of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

In extreme northern Luzon, moderate northeast winds will cause moderate coastal waters, while elsewhere, light to moderate northeast winds will result in slight to moderate seas.
