San Juan achieves over 100% vaccination of target pop

San Juan has achieved a vaccination rate of over 100% for its target population against Covid-19.

Mayor Francis Zamora announced that 96,610 residents and city-based workers have received at least the first dose, representing about 80% of San Juan's estimated 123,000 population.

Of these, 29,313 individuals have completed both doses.

The local government aims to fully vaccinate its target population by August.

Health Secretary Francisco Duque III and Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque praised the city for reaching this milestone.
