PNP ready to assist nCoV patients' transfer to quarantine areas

The Philippine National Police (PNP) is prepared to assist in the transfer of patients suspected of having the novel coronavirus to quarantine areas.

PNP Chief Gen. Archie Gamboa assured reporters that the PNP has sufficient equipment and personnel, including N95 face masks, to support government efforts in preventing the spread of the virus.

Gamboa emphasized that while the PNP is ready to help, they will follow specific procedures and protocols set by the Department of Health.
