191 Pinoy crew on coronavirus-hit Dutch cruise ship isolated

At least 191 Filipino crew members are on the coronavirus-stricken Dutch cruise ship MS Zaandam, which has been in isolation since cases were confirmed onboard.

The United Philippine Lines, Inc., representing the Filipino crew, said all crew members are currently isolated and some have shown symptoms of illness.

Four passengers have reportedly died onboard, with 42 people suffering from flu-like symptoms.

Ports have rejected the ship, leaving sick guests and crew stranded without a clear plan for evacuation.
