PLDT in PVL Invitational finals vs Kobe Shinwa U or Chery Tiggo

PLDT will face either Kobe Shinwa University or Chery Tiggo in the final of the 2025 Premier Volleyball League (PVL) Invitational this Sunday.

Coach Rald Ricafort expressed that regardless of who PLDT's opponent is, it would be a significant challenge for his team to defend their back-to-back titles.

Ricafort noted that his team has been resting between matches but will use the upcoming two-day break to train and ensure they are in top condition for the final match.

The High Speed Hitters secured their place in the finals by defeating Zus Coffee on Thursday at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City with a score of 26-24, 25-17, 25-17, 25-14.

With Kobe Shinwa University and Chery Tiggo set to compete for the final spot on Friday, August 29, PLDT will have an extra day to prepare before their championship match.
