3 Metro Manila sites to accept COVID-19 suspects by April 10

Three quarantine facilities in Metro Manila will start accepting people suspected of having COVID-19 by April 10.

The Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) and the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex, both with around 700 beds each, will be operational by April 10.

The World Trade Center, with 600 beds, is expected to open on April 12.

DPWH Secretary Mark Villar said they are looking at opening the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex this week and aims to complete conversions of all three facilities within 10 days.
