PH has 16 certified Covid-19 test labs

The Philippines now has 16 certified laboratories capable of testing for coronavirus disease (Covid-19).

As of Wednesday, the Philippine Red Cross began processing patient samples and will report results tomorrow.

Previously, on Sunday, April 12, the country had 15 accredited labs with additional facilities including Victoriano Luna Hospital in Quezon City, The Medical City in Pasig, Makati Medical Center, Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory in Mandaluyong, and St Luke’s Medical Center in Taguig.
