Philippines logs 237 new COVID-19 cases

The Philippines logged 237 new COVID-19 cases on Wednesday, increasing the active case tally to 9,354.

Since Tuesday, the DOH reported a decrease in active cases from 9,395 to 9,321 before slightly rising again to 9,354 by Wednesday.

The recovery tally reached 4,008,470 while the death toll rose to 66,431 with two new fatalities.

In the past two weeks, NCR had the highest number of cases at 1,119, followed by Davao Region and Calabarzon.

Among cities, Davao City recorded the most new cases in the last two weeks, followed by Quezon City and Manila.
