Philippine ports back to normal after Karding

No maritime incidents have been reported since Typhoon Karding hit the Philippines.

Almost all ports are now back to normal operations, with only Matnog Port in Sorsogon still having stranded passengers.

The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) issued early warnings for ships and fishing boats to avoid mishaps.

There were no reports of damaged vessels or missing fishermen due to the typhoon.

While ports are now operating normally, PCG advises small boat users to monitor PAGASA updates on sea conditions.
