3 fishermen still missing after Typhoon Karding

Three fishermen from Camarines Norte are still missing after Typhoon Karding.

Efren Lozada Jr., Roger Pun-an, and Gerome Pun-an were last seen on September 19.

Virgilio Borja and two other fishermen who were also reported missing have been found safe in Siruma town, Camarines Sur.

The NDRRMC is verifying reports of six missing fishermen from Mercedes town in Camarines Norte.

Five rescuers died in Bulacan due to the typhoon.

A total of 78,907 people were preemptively evacuated across several regions.
