Over 375k Pfizer doses arrive in PH

Over 375,000 Pfizer doses arrived in the Philippines on Monday from the COVAX Facility.

Of these, 272,610 were delivered to Manila, with the rest going to Cebu and Davao.

President Duterte expressed optimism about further boosting the country's vaccination rate as more vaccines are expected this month and next.

As of July 25, a total of 17.2 million doses have been administered, with around 11 million Filipinos receiving their first dose.

The Philippines aims to administer half a million doses daily by Q3 2021.
