Police arrest 3 suspects, seize P68M worth of shabu in Pasay

On Friday, February 4, police arrested an 18-year-old suspect and seized illegal drugs worth approximately P50,390 in Pasay City.

Two additional suspects, identified as Aldrich, 28, and Rudy, 32, were also arrested during a separate buy-bust operation in Barangay 76 of Pasay City on the same day.

The second arrest led to the seizure of 10 kg. of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of PHP68 million, along with cellular phones, a vehicle, and identification cards.

Both sets of suspects are being charged under Republic Act 9165, also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

The seized drugs will undergo forensic analysis at the Southern Police District's forensic unit.

Charges against all three suspects who are currently detained in connection with these drug-related activities are being prepared.
