Gov't may sue PRC for financial report

The Duterte administration could seek legal action to compel the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) to provide their financial records.

Panelo stated that if PRC does not voluntarily submit the required reports, the government can go to court to enforce compliance with the law.

He added that PRC would face liability and potential violations if they fail to submit their financial records within five years.
