Pampanga health chief dies of COVID-19

Dr Marcelo Jaochico, Pampanga's provincial health officer and a pioneer in the Doctor to the Barrios program, died of COVID-19 on Tuesday.

His daughter Cielo appealed to the public to appreciate frontliners during this crisis, emphasizing that they could be 'the last line' if more people get infected.

Cielo also shared her grief over not being able to spend time with her father and urged others to cherish their moments with loved ones.
