PAGASA warns of three weather systems affecting PH, rain and rough seas expected

Three weather systems are expected to affect the Philippines over the next 24 hours, according to PAGASA.

Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Western Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the southwest monsoon.

Batanes and the Babuyan Islands may see cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms because of a frontal system.

The rest of the country is expected to have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms, with potential for flash floods or landslides.

Moderate winds and rough seas are forecasted over Luzon, while light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas are predicted elsewhere in the Philippines.
