Rain expected in Batanes, Cagayan, Apayao; scattered showers in Zamboanga, Sulu; isolated rain in Metro Manila

Cloudy skies with rains are expected across Batanes, Cagayan, and Apayao due to the Frontal System over the next 24 hours.

Zamboanga Peninsula, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to easterly winds.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country can expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening due to the Easterlies.

Residents are advised to remain vigilant for possible flash floods or landslides during periods of heavy rainfall, especially in extreme Northern Luzon affected by the Frontal System.
